Teaching profiles are reviewed for teachers who are new to the Forte teaching community and for existing Forte teachers who make changes to their Brief Introduction, Full Introduction, or Profile Picture.
New to the Forte teaching community, or created a new instrument profile?
Welcome to the Forte teaching community!
Once you've written your Brief Introduction and Full Introduction, added a Profile Picture, and set up Forte Billing, click on Submit for review to let us know that you're ready to have your profile reviewed.
To avoid delays, be sure that you've followed the Forte profile requirements!

The Forte team will review your Brief Introduction, Full Introduction, and Profile Picture, along with your Video Introduction, if you've included one.
We'll reach out to you if there are an issues with your profile or if revision is required.
Note: Your profile will only be reviewed once you've completed Forte Billing set-up! If you haven't yet set up Forte Billing, your profile will remain in "Pending approval" status.
If you have an Elite or Pro membership, you can expect your profile review to take 2-5 business days from the latest time you submit your profile for review. If you have a Basic membership, profile review usually takes 7-14 business days.
For almost every instrument, we currently have more teachers with Free memberships applying to teach on Forte than we are able to accommodate, so the profile review waiting period is lengthy. If you have a Free membership, expect to wait up to three months before your profile is approved.
Made a change to your existing Forte instrument profile?
If you've made updates to your Brief Introduction, Full Introduction, or Profile Photo, your profile will need to be re-reviewed by the Forte team before it can again be publicly visible to prospective Forte Connect students.
Profile re-review typically takes 2-5 business days for teachers with Elite or Pro memberships, 7-14 business days for teachers with Basic memberships, and up to three months for teachers with Free memberships.
